Business Cards, Drop Cards,  Postcards & Greeting Cards can be printed full colour both sides, or full colour one side and black print only on reverse, in many variable sizes. They can be matt or gloss laminated + other embellishments.  Normally printed  digital depending on the size and quantity required. 

We print all kinds of brochures, from 2pp A6 Flyers to large 6pp A4 Brochures with embellishments and coatings . They can range on stocks from 95g to 400g, score and folded most commonly as 4pp & 6pp. Printed offset or digital depending on the size and quantity required.  Our colour matching capabilities ensures that your corporate colours are produced as accurately as possible. 

A4, A3 and A2 printed Gloss or Satin from 150 GSM to 400 GSM Papers. These can be printed offset or digital depending on the size and quantity required.

Booklets, Catalogues, Magazines, Annual reports, Manuals etc, printed in colour or just black only. Binding available as Saddle Stitched, PUR, Perfect bind & Wire-O. 

 A3 and A4 Wire-O bound, Hanging Wall calendars, DL and A5 Tent Flip Desk Calendars or most economical option is saddle stitched with a hanging hole, as shown.

Corporate Business Cards, Letterheads, with compliments and note pads, printed in corporate PMS colours or CMYK using Digital or offset processes.

We can help you with Notepads, quotation, competition style pads and more. Custom sizes available right up to A2 desk pads! These can be produced on a range of uncoated or coated stocks and are manufactured by using an adhesive glue applied to the edge of the stock. Mostly standard leaves (or pages) per pad can range from 20 right up to 100 leaves in a pad. Along with this procedure a boxboard sheet can  adhered to the back of the pad, to add support.

We print and produce Tent cards, Shelf wobblers,  swing tags, shelf talkers, competition pad stands, display mobiles and much more!

Coatings can be applied to one or both sides for durability and protection.

Precut labels of various sizes and shape printed in colour on various finishes on an A4 sheet. Magnets supplied as singles in various styles. 

 Lionheart Offset offer many different types of Binding Services. Some binding style options we produce are Saddle Stitching, Spiral Binding, Wire-O Binding and perfect binding or PUR Binding. Drilling and Round cornering are other additional options. Matt or gloss celloglazing on offset  or even on Digitally printed substrates using high tac films gives you the durable finish your looking for.  Padding and hand gluing are other services Lionheart can provide.

Celoglazing is a finishing process, where a fine film coating is heat bonded to the one or two sides of  printed paper stock from 200gsm upward.Celloglaze gives a smoother feeling to your product, also adds to the durability (longer wear and tear) for business cards, brochures, menus, folders, book covers.

Lionheart recommends celloglazing as particularly suitable if  your documents or cards have a lot of usage and especially if you want a high quality, finished look. Available in Matt or Gloss.

 UV coatings are applied inline by printers or offline by finishers or converters. They are applied as a liquid, using a roller, screen or blanket, and then exposed to ultraviolet light to polymerize and harden the coating. 

 UV can be all over as a more economical coating vs gloss Celloglazing or as a spot on a Matt finish to contrast and make the UV pop. Spot UV can by applied twice or as a heavy coating to give a raised effect.
